Purchase Price Per Sq Foot: Office: £ 800 / Sq Ft.

Feature buildings: Heal's Building

Historically, the road was a vibrant hub for electrical goods, the only remnant of which can be found round the corner through a Curry's store. Now, it no longer surrenders to any category; it's advantage lies in it's larger stores, cheaper rent, whilst coming off one of the biggest junctions on Oxford St, where commuters can catch three different tube lines; one of which is the new Elizabeth line.

Since Tottenham Court Road links with Euston Road and University College Hospital at the north end, it is an essential thoroughfare, adding security to it's asset values.
